Criti Care health insurance is available on Individual Sum Insured basis wherein each family member will have his/her own separate Sum Insured. It allows the person to choose an option from a wide range of sum assured.
The Policy can be taken for 1/2/3 years.
Under normal circumstances, the policy can be renewed with all benefits granted available under the policy. Also, the policy provides a Grace period of 30 days from the date of Expiry.
The policy can be paid in installments under some terms and conditions. Also, zero interest will be charged if the person does not pay the instalment on the specified due date. A relaxation period of 15 days would be provided to the individual to pay the instalment premium due for the Policy. But failure to pay the premium within the relaxation period tantamount to policy cancellation.
The amount provided to the insured person according to their plan is the sum assured. This assured sum varies according to the section chosen and the age of the individual.
Under all the five sections

Any person insured under the Bajaj Allianz Criti Care health insurance policy is eligible for a 5% discount at each renewal. However, the person has to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle by indulging in physical activities regularly. By physical activity, it is signified that a minimum of 15,000 steps every week or 60,000 steps every month are taken.
This wellness discounted can be redeemed once a year, provided that the insured submits the test reports conducted in a well-developed laboratory.
If the policy is opted for two years, a 4% discount is applicable. If the policy is opted for three years, an 8% discount is applicable.
