1. Citrus Tea Punch
All you tea lovers, here is a healthier option for you! A combination of tea, orange juice and lemonade, it is best for people who are conscious about their health.
Ingredients:
- 6 cups water, divided
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 whole cloves
- 2 family-sized tea bags
- 1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
- 1 cup orange juice
- 10 Strawberries
- 1 (6-ounce) can thawed lemonade concentrate, undiluted
- Ice
- Lemon slices (optional)
Method:
Boil 4 cups of water in a non-stick pan. Add sugar and stir till it dissolves. Put tea bags in it and let it infuse. Discard the tea bag, pour it in a large bowl and let it cool. Add cloves, cinnamon, and sieve the mixture. Add 2 cups of water, orange juice and lemonade concentrate and chopped strawberries. Stir well. Serve it chilled and garnished with lemon slices.
2. Apple Carrot Ginger Juice

Ingredients:
- 1 large chopped and cored apple
- 5 peeled and chopped carrots
- ½ piece chopped and peeled ginger
- ¾ cup water
- ½ lemon
Method:
Pour ¾ cup water in a blender/ mixer/ food processor jar. Add cored and chopped apple pieces. Add peeled and chopped carrots and ginger pieces. Blend it till a smooth puree is formed. Sieve the mixture to get the maximum juice using a cheesecloth. Squeeze lemon in the juice. Fill up the serving glasses and enjoy.
3. Spicy Mango Orange Slush

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cubed peeled ripe mango, frozen
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup sparkling water, chilled
- 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Method:
Blend mango, orange juice, lime juice, sparkling water and grated lime rind in a blender and process it until smooth. Add ground red pepper for a better flavour.

Dry roast carom seeds on a non-stick pan for a minute and keep them aside. Boil milk in a pan, add turmeric, sugar and stir it well for 2 minutes. Remove the milk from the flame and add carom seeds to it. Serve it immediately.

- Sugar
- 1⁄2 cup mint leaves
- 1cup water
- 1(10 ounce) package frozen raspberries

Method:
Mix sugar, mint leaves and water in a casserole. Heat the mixture till it begins to boil. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Add raspberries and lemonade. Stir it till they are thawed. Gradually stir it in soda before serving with ice.
