What Happens If You Don’t Pay Your e-challan?

If an offender fails to pay the e-challan within 60 days, then the e-challan is next forwarded to Lok Adalat. The court may increase the e-challan amount primarily or the offender is also sent to prison for 03 months. The traffic police have also started serving notices of pre-litigation. The offenders need to be present before the Lok Adalat to pay the penalty. The motor vehicle owners are sent a text message that contains a link.
