2. Level 2:

If the initial response does not prove satisfactory, you can get better clarity by writing to the Grievance Redressal Officer at ggro@bajajallianz.co.in.

3. Level 3:

If your concern hasn’t been resolved yet, you can talk to the care specialist at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. To do the same, you can give a missed call to +91 80809 45060 OR send a text with <WORRY> To 575758. You will receive a call back soon. 4. 1. Building and Contents cover (excluding valuables) *

Losses or damages (as defined in the policy wordings) to insured premises and contents due to burglary, robbery, or theft during the policy period are covered under the Bharat Laghu Udyam Suraksha Office Package policy.

3. Money insurance cover*

In case of loss of money carried by the insured or its employee during transit, due to theft or any other unforeseen event during the policy period, adequate compensation will be provided.

4. Plate glass cover*

The insurer shall cover the insured for accidental loss or damage to plate glass at the insured premises. Additionally, it will reimburse the reasonable costs of repairing and reinstating frames and framework due to such loss or damage, with a maximum payment limit of Rs. 5,000 per claim.

5. Breakdown of office equipment cover*

The insurer will cover the insured for repair or replacement costs of office equipment due to unforeseen and sudden physical loss (except for excluded causes). However, one must note that the insurer’s liability for any single item of office equipment in one policy period is limited to the sub-limit set against that item in the policy, whether individually or in total.

6. Baggage cover*

The insurer will compensate the insured and/or the insured's employee for accidental loss, destruction, or damage to personal baggage. This is applicable as long as the insured and/or the insured's employee are responsible for the baggage while travelling worldwide for business purposes.
