Motor OTS for two wheeler is a mobile based motor insurance claim settlement service available in Bajaj Allianz's Insurance Wallet App. This service allows you to settle two wheeler insurance claims up to INR 10,000 in 20 minutes*. All you need to do is use the app to file claims, click and upload pictures of the damage done to your vehicle and receive the claim amount in your bank account instantly.

As the two wheeler insurance claims are settled on the go quickly, hence the name: Motor - OTS (Motor On-The-Spot).

Two wheeler OTS claim settlement process

  • Step 1 : Register on Insurance Wallet App
    • Download our Insurance Wallet App on your android and iOS device.
    • Register or login to access the Motor OTS feature of App.
  • Step 2 : File two wheeler insurance claim
    • Add your two wheeler insurance policy in the app by using the "Manage Policy" option and register your two wheeler insurance claim by clicking on the option "My Claims" under the Claims section to start the motor insurance claim process.
    • Enter basic details such as date, time and location of the accident, vehicle inspection address, any involvement of third party, narration of accident, vehicle location, driver's license number, license expiry date to register your claim.
    • Once the claim is registered, you will receive an SMS intimating the claim number on your registered mobile number.
  • Step 3 : Self-inspect and upload pictures
    • Duly fill up the claim form and provide your bank account details like NEFT information to receive the claim amount. vehicle (taken from your mobile as per the instructions provided in the app), driving license and registration certificate of your two wheeler.
    • Click and upload photographs of the vehicle (taken from your mobile as per the instructions provided in the app), driving license and registration certificate of your two wheeler.
    • After verifying the claim form and the documents submitted by you, you will be intimated the claim amount with an SMS on your registered mobile number.
  • Step 4 : Receive the claim amount instantly
    • Use the link provided in the SMS to agree/disagree with the claim amount proposed by the insurance company.
    • If you are satisfied with the claim amount, click on agree button to receive the claim amount in your bank account.
    • If you are not satisfied with the claim amount proposed by the insurance company, click on the disagree button to receive a call back from our claim settlement team.
